Today’s class had some unbalanced feeling, at least in my case. We started class with the answers from a survey that consisted in reflection in the Innovation Academy and Mr. Topf (Innovation Academy teacher). The answers were pretty fair, everyone told the truth. During the discussion one of my team mates said that we should do the same thing with every member of the innovation academy through an anonymous survey. I said that I didn’t believe in that and that it would be more efficient if we said what we thought of each member face to face. Surprisingly many of my team members jumped out of their seats and said that this couldn’t happen because they didn’t feel comfortable. As a leader we have to accept each ones opinion but I think that this showed that trust between the members of the Innovation Academy is still not 100% build and need to work on it more.
As class went on, we worked in the Chocojhons project. This changed my mood completely, I love this! In just 4 hours from having 262 likes in our face book page we got 90 likes meaning that now we have 352 likes! We already talked with Rodrigo Tejada, the creator of Chocojhons to see when we can meat to arrange things. We will be creating Tejas of Nutella and Oreo. Our plan is developing correctly and everything is going in the right track.
Then we had a vocabulary game. The game was fun, competitive and helped us learn a lot! We learned many different words such as: Drone, Myopic, Jargon, Lucrative, Avid, Amalgamate and many more! This game helps me develop my vocabulary and at the same time learn new words and know how to use them.
