Today was an exciting day, we went to Jockey Plaza to check out adds, stores design, stores organization and all the aspects of marketing that we could find.
During this trip we encountered many positive and negative aspects of stores. Some positive aspects are: Store location, Patterns, Organization, Simplicity, etc and some negative aspects were: Store Location, too many colors, lack of planning, clogged, etc.
While looking at stores we realized how Casas y Ideas, Nike, Zara and Adidas had cool marketing techniques and were organized fulfilling their expectations. On the other hand some stores, especially book stores and Game stores where disorganized causing confusion in the buyers.
While looking at the adds we had to find four main things: 1. Context, 2. Purpose, 3.Audience, and 4. Technique. At the same time the stereotype is extremely important since it provides a professional look or a ugly look in the store. This new rules allowed me to evaluate the stores, marketing techniques specially adds correctly.
