The day started like any other Monday. Everyone arrived at 9:00-9:30am and we immediately went to a meeting where most of the employees, about twenty, have to go check their weekly plan and mention as well any progress or problems they have. This meeting is called ¨Status¨.
ResponsibleIntelligent | Today during status we mainly discussed about our brands or products such as Mazda, P&G who has different independent products such as Pantene and Ariel. Thous are three important national products but another important product and brand in Grey Peru is AJE Colombia. There are many other products and brands that Grey works with but this are the four that Johnny and Renzo have been working with. |
For example, if we look at both Pantene and Mazda they are going to have display sets in Asia, a very famous mall near the beaches towards the South of Peru where most of the top social classes of Lima go during summer. Its amazing how much a small 6 by 6 set can cost in Asia; up to 30,000 soles or 10,791.3669 US dollars. |
Going back to the ¨Status¨ meeting, I can relate it to the Innovation Academy because it shows that the company is organized and cares about their employees and wants them to be successful; same with the IA (Innovation Academy).
I also learned something very important today that will definetley help me in my personal business, Chocojhons. I learned the importance of having a pay check (factura in spanish) and how most of the clients if not all will not buy your products if you don't have one. The Pay Check also connects to the R.U.C since its a easy way of paying proving to the client that you actually own a company, business, biz, etc and that its approved.
