As an individual:
The most important thing that I noticed about myself was that I am also a leader at school. I proofed to myself and many of my teammates that I can lead a group due to the actions that I made yesterday like: completing the deliveries, sending people for deliveries, teaching the second group how to get organized, helping everyone with their problems, going to middle school to market BlendZ, etc.
I did learn a tone of stuff though. I realized that our mission needs to be followed. When I went to deliver a smoothie that was late (she didn’t appear on the list), I told the lady that the smoothie was free and that BlendZ was going to pay for it. She got very exited, not because it was free but actually because she noticed that we cared and that we were taking this very maturely and seriously. I also learned that I administer things well. I administered the deliveries, the check points before lunch and break. The greatest thing that I learned about me yesterday was that I care about Blendz and that its not one of the many projects that I’ve had in life, this one really counts.

People in BlendZ:
I realized that some people have greater interest than others in the business which is normal for some business but not for the culture that we have in the IA and BlendZ. I could see people taking initiative such as Pedro and multitasking and being eager to learn. I could see some innovators be in the BlendZ spot even when it was not their turn, sacrificing their IBG time, Lunch, Break because they believed in BlendZ. On the other hand, I did see some people that were not as motivated and got frustrated easily blending a grey environment in our spot.
In general, everyone was productive at a certain part of the day, most of us wanted to excel and expand our working and learning capacities which was great. We worked well on our communication and were creative with the problems encountered with.

As BlendZ:
We got a difficult day. It was raining, there was a tournament at lunch, one of our blenders broke, the fruit was too freeze up; we had many problems going on. The good thing about this was that we were able to solve most of the problems on time with creative solutions.
We need to be more organized, the class was a disaster. A group stayed to clean the class because it was a mess. We need to work on designing a clear fruit strategy. I also think that as employees of BlendZ everyone in the company should know more or less the nutritional information and what each flavor contains since some of us didn’t know.
We tried a new flavor and it didn’t work out as we expected, we need to pivot before trying new flavors. Our relationship with the customers was generally positive, we saw that people came smiling and if they ordered a delivery they always ended up with a smile when we got there.
We need to really work with our audience more. The high school section was really informed, they got some posters, Facebook adds on their prom pages and on FDR secondary, which was great. Middle school, Elementary and some teachers didn’t know that we were selling smoothies so our audience was reduced
We need to plan our next selling day better and be sure that there will be no other club activities and if we could try to guess the best climate expectations possible. Our greatest bump was planning, we got little time to plan our first official one-day sale but I’m sure next time will be better.

Strategy
Short Term1. Our classroom is wide and has two doors. I was thinking that we could put a wooden wall that separates the class in two (2-3m taken from the back of the class) and make that section our fruit, and processing sport to get organized. 2. Our fruit production has to be more efficient. Once we are organized with a certain spot, different groups should be in charged of different fruits and not everyone doing what they feel like doing at that moment. 3. We have to be careful with the music 4. With the fruit that we have left pivot a new flavor or make free smoothies for all the school staff as a sign to say thank you. 5. Everyone needs to know the nutritional info, our vision, the flavors (with names), supplier’s, etc. 6. We need to buy blenders. 7. I think that our next sale should be somewhere next week. | Long Term1. We have to market BlendZ to the whole campus, EC, Elementary, Middle school, High school, Staff, everyone equally. A wider marketing campaign has to be done. 2. Due to our great location we have to try to fix the location with the climate. Finding 5 weather pages and getting a conclusion of the sunniest days to make our next selling day. 3. Jobs where just given to us some of us fit well with our jobs and others didn’t. I think that we should individually choose the job that we would like to do and then have a class consensus to double check in order for everyone to be motivated and ready to give their 100%. 4. Before realizing a new flavor we should all try it, if we like it we should invite some free small cup (like the ones in the bidones of water) and pass them around to see what people think of it t have a clear idea. 5. Our delivery website has to continue like this, only that every teacher should feel in their classroom number. 6. We know that freezing the fruit and leaving it like that for the last minute will not work. Someone should come really early to star unfreezing the fruits. 7. We need to start using an apron and a cap for hygiene, using gloves proved that we were somewhat hygiene. 8. If someone gets really stressed out, let him change with someone for 10-20 minutes so he can relax and get back to work bringing a positive environment to BlendZ. 9. We need to keep on transmitting a healthy and fun attitude to our customers, make them feel well and create a positive environment. We need to organize ourselves better and keep on practicing our communication skills for the future. Being motivated in your business is essential if not the “split” will occur and we don’t want that in our culture. I do think that we did a great job.
