If I were to ask you a really hard question like: What do you value the most in life, what would your answer be? I am sure, you are probably thinking of your car, your phone, or your favorite toy. If I were to answer the question, I would say my family.
People know me as the typical sporty guy, the guy who spends hours and hours practicing water polo and they are right, that’s who I am. In fact, 30% of a normal day I would be playing this sport. Friends are also something really important to me. Guys like Domenico Peñaloza, Diego Villar or Matias Rey, people who I can really trust and have a good time with.
When I hear the world family the word PERFECTION comes into my mind. I have been blessed with the best family anyone could ask for, 3 sisters a great father and a wonderful mother, what could be better? Let me answer this question for you: Nothing.
During this long weekend, I went to “La Cantuta”, a place in the mountains of Peru where you can relax, have a great time and most importantly enjoy your family. Maybe I am being bias, but based on my culture, religion and education, my family is my greatest possession.
During this trip, I was able to understand what the word family means. Your parents give you food, protenction, love, affection, happines they care about you, they treat you like a god. Your sisters make you laugh, have fun, they do stupid things, they fight with you, but at the end, they love you more than anything. If you mix this two things, a family is created. A family is something where trust walls are automatically build, where love is everywhere, safety is seen 24/7, happiness overpowers and its build with people, not material things, people that are really valuable.
I think that my family is my greatest possession, they are the most important thing in my life and I hope they are the same for you, because when you have a problem, when you are in a horrible situation, when someone betrays you, the ones who are going to be there for you is your FAMILY. So I am going to ask you one final question: What do you value the most in life?
It's cool that you have taken the time to reflect about family, and that you are so clear about the people you value in your life. I'm sure that knowing that they're your priority, just like sports, makes you prioritize your time accordingly, and allows you to live happily when you do. It also was cool to hear that you think your family is perfect, lucky you! (jajaj I'm just joking, but you get what I mean) Many people, specially when their young, take family for granted, but you clearly know the importance of it, and that shows character :)
Although this post is short, I think your voice comes off thoroughly as you write: the occasional questions to the reader, and the concise sentences add to your secure tone. I feel like I'm hearing you speak! Interesting post boom.

Auggie, this is a thoughtful reflection on the importance of family. You're lucky to have parents who care so deeply about you and encourage you along the way.
